One of our newer clients, Utopian Brewing has currently crowdfunded half of its target of £350,000. Initial plans are for a 3,500 litre brewhouse with potential to expand to more than 15,000 L per annum. The brewery, which will tap an underserved market for craft lager will use use exclusively British ingredients, and vows to be sustainable. There are also plans for a visitor centre and café.
