Yesterday saw the end of another successful Fundamentals of Mini-Brewing course, the final one of 2017. Over the last four days we guided the eight participants, a mix of existing brewers and those looking to start, through brewing science and theory and the practical aspects of running a brewery.
Both experience and training are vital aspects of brewing quality beer. We never stop learning and improving as brewers, and we should never be arrogant enough to assume that we know it all. Thanks to all of you who came on one of our courses this year. Good Brewing!
